How to Cancel the Order?

• If the order is cancelled before shipment (shipment is usually within 24 hrs of placing the order), the entire amount would be refunded to the account within 21 working days except in cases of disputes.

For Cancellation after Shipment

• If the product received is defective, only then it is eligible for replacement.
